Launch personalized profiles on TV when DISH user is detected

Goal
Analyze, evaluate, and recommend a presence detection technology best suited to detect person/people and automate a common task for them when watching TV. Research and meet with Vendors to understand tech capabilities and integration tools.
DISCOVER: Understand use case and goals, and frustrations for seniors when watching YV while living alone.

Approach
User Interviews
DESIGN:Create user stories for the Software team to help develop PoC. Weekly stand-ups with key stakeholders to inform and track progress of sprints for PoC.
DELIVER: Present use case and tech capabilities to leadership for feedback. Meet with DISH Business to run demo and share discovery efforts that can align with their Senior Living opportunities.
Questions
User hierarchy: how will AI/UWB work when multiple users are detected.
Is this solving a real problem?
NEXT STEPS: We solved the feasibility piece but still do not understand user value. Interview and test with Senior Living.
We still need to identify user value. Now that we understand who is in the room and when they are watching TV, can this be of value do DISH Advertising?
