Lasercutting
Created new recognition rewards for the entire company. The goal is to design and produce a reward that can be done in-house without the need for a vendor. Responsible for reward design, sourcing material, and construction and assembly of rewards. The constraints of the project were to make an aesthetically appealing design unique to each category that can be exhibited on a cubicle wall. Designs were drafted in Illustrator, converted to Lightburn, printed and cut with a Laser Machine using Cherry Veneer and Cherry wood, and hand assembled and fashioned with a magnet backing to adhere to a metallic surface for display.
Problem: Create unique rewards that can be produced in-house and that are cheaper than outsourcing to a vendor. The solution must include magnets to display the reward.
